Uniform
Our club uniform helps us look smart, feel united, and stand out with pride at events and carnivals. Members are encouraged to wear the red polo shirt with the Bay of Islands Swimming Club logo and the blue hoodie with logo when representing the club. At swim meets and carnivals, swimmers must also wear the official club swim cap, which ensures easy identification in the pool and shows our team spirit. Wearing the uniform not only strengthens our identity as a club but also supports a strong, professional image at all competitions.
Arena
We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Arena!
Arena is a globally recognised brand known for its innovation, performance-driven design, and long-standing presence in competitive swimming. Their commitment to quality and excellence makes them a perfect fit for our club.
As part of this partnership, we’re proud to unveil our official club kit, designed in collaboration with Arena to support our swimmers both in training and on race day.
Our members now also have access to a wide range of Arena gear, available anytime directly through the Arena website. Whether you're training, competing, or just getting started, there’s something for everyone.

Winter carnival
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Winter Carnival last weekend!The meet was a fantastic success, with some amazing swimming on display throughout the day. It was wonderful to see swimmers achieving great results, racing hard, and enjoying the competition.Thank you to all the clubs who travelled to join us and help make the event such a great day. We would also like to thank our incredible club members, families, volunteers, officials, and supporters who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.A special thank you goes to our generous sponsors for their support. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful community backing the Bay of Islands Swimming Club. Your support helps make events like this possible.

Competing in Swimming Events
Our swimmers have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of competitions – from local club meets in Auckland and Northland, through to regional and national championships under Swimming New Zealand. These events are a fantastic way to build racing skills, enjoy the excitement of competition, and be part of the wider swimming community.
Whether you’re just starting out or aiming for high performance, there are pathways for every swimmer to challenge themselves, make friends, and achieve their goals in the pool. Upcoming carnivals and swim meets
Below you’ll find links and posters for upcoming carnivals and swim meets that Bay of Islands Swim Club members are eligible to compete in. Most events can be entered easily via the Fastlane app. We strongly encourage all squad members to take part in these carnivals and meets—they’re a great opportunity to race, gain experience, and have fun representing the club.
